E.T. Bookkeeping & Tax Services Corporation is committed to providing exceptional service in a timely manner. Unfortunately, when a client decides to cancel without giving enough notice, it prevents other clients from being served.
No shows and late cancellation have an impact on service quality while punishing other clients who may show up earlier for their appointments. E.T. Bookkeeping & Tax Services Corporation has implemented a cancellation policy that will be firmly enforced.
Payment Policy
We require FIFTY (50%) percent of your service(s) invoice total is due upfront, the remaining FIFTY (50%) percent is due upon completion of the services provided to you. *
We will send an auto invoice to your email provided and an e-transfer or credit card payment can be made. If you prefer to pay with debit or cash, you MUST come into the office to make the payment. Please note that any refunds must be made to the original payment form.
Appointment Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests must be made by phone, in-person, online appointment system or email within 12 hours of the original appointment. If you have any questions, please call the office at 403-768-4558.
A $60.00+GST Cancellation/Re-booking fee applies.
REFUND POLICY
NO REFUNDS will be issued. This is a zero-tolerance policy as a lot of work goes into each accounting and tax file, all files started will be completed.
