Cancellation Enforcement
E.T. Bookkeeping & Tax Services Corporation is committed to providing exceptional service in a timely manner. Unfortunately, when a client decides to cancel without giving enough notice, it prevents other clients from being served.
No shows and late cancellation have an impact on service quality while punishing other clients who may show up earlier for their appointments. E.T. Bookkeeping & Tax Services Corporation has implemented a cancellation policy that will be firmly enforced.
Payment & Accounting Contract Policy
NO CREDIT CHECK: We require SEVENTY FIVE (75%) percent of your service(s) invoice total is due upfront, the remaining TWENTY FIVE (25%) percent is due upon completion of the services provided to you.
WITH CREDIT CHECK: We require FIFTY FIVE (55%) percent of your service(s) invoice total is due upfront, the remaining FORTY FIVE (45%) percent is due upon completion of the services provided to you.
ACCOUNTING CONTRACT: YOU MUST PROVIDE A PAD/PAC (PER-AUTHORIZED CREDIT OR DEBIT) WITH YOUR CONTRACT AS THESE ARE PAYMENTS YOU SIGNED UP FOR AND ARE DUE UPON RECEIPT.
We will send an auto invoice to your email provided and an e-transfer or credit card payment can be made. If you prefer to pay with debit or cash, you MUST come into the office to make the payment. Please note that any refunds must be made to the original payment form.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
Please be aware that modifications to your appointment will incur a fee of $19.50+GST, and if you cancel ANY appointment made using our services will result in a $75.00+GST fee being charged to you by invoice.

As an alternative, you can use the confirmation email that you received from us to change your appointment electronically.
A fee of $5.00 per occurrence remains applicable if you modify/change your appointment electronically, rather than calling in to our receptionist.
Refund Policy
NO REFUNDS AT ALL.
This is a zero-tolerance policy as a lot of work goes into each accounting and tax file, all files started will be completed and invoiced.

Late & Delinquent Accounts Policy
Payments are due after invoice has been issued. Clients who do not remit payment within the prescribed time period, will be subject to the Late & Delinquent Accounts Policy.
The purpose of the Late & Delinquent Accounts Policy is to provide a framework for the consistent handling of client accounts which have fallen into a state of delinquency pertaining to the timely submission of payments.
Scope
This policy applies to ALL clients with an open & overdue invoice at E.T. Bookkeeping and Tax Services Corporation.
PROCEDURE
All payments are due IN FULL within ten 10 days of the completion of your services; unless otherwise worked out between the client and E.T. Bookkeeping and Tax Services Corporation. Our standard is you must pay before we file any returns or give any full copies of the files back to you.
All payments are subject to late fees after non-payment or payment arrangement failed attempt(s).
All late payments past the due date will be subject to an additional 3% surcharge plus the interest charge of 11-16%(Depending on when you signed up) on your remaining balance for every 15 days thereafter that full payment is not received.
